• Question: why would you be a chef if you was not an engineer

      I guess this question is addressed to me. I think that cooking is very similar to engineering. Creating a dish is like building a system you have materials (ingredients) and you have to put them all together to create a dish that you can perfect by knowing how the material used can work together (taste) and how they are presented!
