For me, quite a lot. But I have textbooks on my desk with all of the useful maths in them – it saves having to remember it all.

There is some but day to day you will probably have a spread sheet or simulation set up to do the real number crunching. It’s important that you know the basic principles tho.

A fair bit tbh – especially at uni (where you get your qualification).

I find I do less maths in my job than I did at uni, but if I’m doing a thermal or stress analysis of something I can spend a fair bit of time number crunching!
